I am super happy and proud because I graduated from the Forest Therapy course! I got very positive feedback on my assignments and I did my first two Forest Therapy Walks this week.
As a forest therapy guide, I will try to make a difference in not only reconnecting humans to nature and themselves, but also be a part of a unified effort that is inviting humans to live more consciously for a sustainable and regenerative future.
Forest Therapy helps to wake-up from a sense of separation from nature to a holistically rooted sense of interconnectedness. From a consumer species that takes, to a restorative species that gives. Love it…
As Joanna Macy says, “The most remarkable feature of this historical moment on Earth is not that we are on the way to destroying the world—we’ve actually been on the way for quite a while. It is that we are beginning to wake up, as from a millennia-long sleep, to a whole new relationship to our world, to ourselves and each other.”
Yoga starts again
So you can expect some (online) Forest Therapy Walks soon. And off course I will start with the online yoga as well. Holiday is over! I’m looking forward to see you on the mat again. You can join this Saturday already!
