It’s Thursday again, and I wanted to share some exciting updates from Sweden! As some of you know, I moved here from the Netherlands, and I’ve been amazed at how different the seasons are. Here, spring and autumn are short, while summer and winter seem to last forever. And now suddenly, it’s summer!
Our garden is bursting with life. It feels like the trees got all their leaves back in just one week. It’s truly beautiful. My parents-in-laws are visiting, and they love gardening. They spend all day working in the garden. Thanks to my father-in-law the greenhouse is full of tomatoes, cucumbers, leeks, lettuce, and carrot plants. Outside, we’ve planted zucchini. My mother-in-law is pruning and weeding all day long, and the garden looks fantastic.
I’ve come to understand and share my in-laws’ love for gardening. There’s nothing I enjoy more than spending time in the garden. It makes me so happy.
