Energizing New Ventures: Bringing Yoga to Our Town

It's that time of year again, where the changing seasons bring a burst of energy and new possibilities. I don't know about you, but I'm feeling particularly energized lately. Maybe it's the arrival of spring, or perhaps it's just the excitement of new beginnings.

One of the things that's been keeping me busy is my plan to start new yoga classes in the town we are living in. I've been scouting out locations, and I think I've found the perfect spot - a place with high ceilings right in the heart of the town. I'm excited to bring yoga to this community, and I'll be teaching in a mix of English and Swedish (or as they call it here, "Swenglish" or "Swengelska"). It’s a good way of learning the Swedish language.
